Dr. Tshifhiwa is a highly experienced Senior Embryologist and Laboratory Manager with over 24 years of expertise in embryology and andrology in South Africa and the UAE. Currently serving at FertiClinic Fertilization Centre in Abu Dhabi, Dr. Raidani specializes in advanced reproductive technologies, including egg collection, IVF, ICSI, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation techniques such as vitrification. Her extensive career includes senior roles at Cape Fertility and Vitalab Fertility Clinic, where she managed laboratory operations, trained embryologists, and optimized laboratory practices to improve IVF outcomes. Dr. Raidani is adept at quality assurance, compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining high-performance laboratory operations. Dr. Raidani holds a Master’s degree in Medical Bioscience from the University of the Western Cape and a Bachelor of Technology in Reproductive Biology. A registered professional with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), she is also an active board member of the South African Society of Reproductive Medicine and Gynecological Endoscopy (SASREG).
