Dr. Dalia Ouf is a Lecturer in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a highly experienced obstetrician–gynecologist based in Cairo, Egypt, with over a decade of specialized clinical practice in fetal medicine, infertility management, and advanced gynecological surgery. She obtained her M.B., B.Ch, Master’s degree, and medical doctorate in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Cairo University (Kasr El Ainy). Dr. Ouf is a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG), a certified IVF consultant accredited by the Egyptian Medical Syndicate, and a member and instructor of the Egyptian Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ESOUG). Her clinical expertise includes advanced prenatal diagnosis, first- and second-trimester anomaly scanning, invasive fetal procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling, and 3D/4D gynecological imaging. In assisted reproduction, she has managed more than 6,000 IVF/ICSI cycles and performed thousands of ovum retrievals, embryo transfers, and intrauterine insemination procedures. Dr. Ouf is also skilled in minimally invasive and open gynecological surgeries, including laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures. She has held senior clinical and academic positions in Egypt and the United Kingdom and is actively involved in medical education, ultrasound training, and international scientific conferences. In addition, she holds certifications from the University of Maryland and the University of Oxford in medical artificial intelligence and academic scientific writing, reflecting her engagement with emerging technologies in modern medical practice
