Call for Abstracts

We welcome clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals to submit their original research, case studies, systematic reviews, and innovative findings in women's health, fertility, and reproductive medicine.

Accepted abstracts will be considered for Oral and Poster Presentations at IFFI 2027 — advancing the science and practice of reproductive medicine from the UAE to the world.

Submission Guidelines

Word Limit: Maximum 350 words
Abstract Structure:
  • Title: Concise and relevant
  • Authors & Affiliations: Include the presenting author and corresponding email
  • Objective: Clearly define the study aim
  • Methods: Briefly describe study design, materials, and statistical methods
  • Results: Summarize key findings and statistical significance (if applicable)
  • Conclusions: Highlight the impact and relevance of the study
  • Keywords: 3–5 keywords
Language: All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
Submission Format: Online submission only. Abstracts sent via fax or email will not be accepted.
Number of Submissions: Each participant may submit up to two abstracts (only one eligible for oral presentation).
Abbreviations: Define all abbreviations upon first use.

Poster Presentation Template

  • Authors are required to use the official poster presentation template provided by the organizers.
  • You may download the template using the button below. Authors are allowed to modify the content sections as needed; however, the overall poster size and layout must remain unchanged.
  • Please note that all accepted abstracts and posters will be printed by the organizers, so it is important to strictly follow the provided template specifications.
