Dr. Fayeza Saif Al-Yafei currently serves as the Executive Director of Healthcare Quality Sector in the Department of Health, Abu Dhabi. In addition to her executive role, Dr. Al-Yafei is an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, where she contributes to the education and training of future healthcare professionals. With a career spanning over two decades, Dr. Al-Yafei has dedicated herself to improving healthcare quality and patient safety in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Her efforts have led to significant improvements in clinical outcomes in several hospitals & ambulatory care settings and have earned multiple international and national awards for the organizations she has worked with. Her passion for excellence in healthcare continues to drive her commitment to fostering a culture of quality and safety in all healthcare settings. She is a board-certified Family Medicine consultant from the Arab Board and is certified by the American College of Medical Quality.  Additionally, she holds an Executive Master's in Healthcare Administration from Zayed University and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from UAE University, as well as a Fellowship in Early Childhood Development with the Sheikha Salama Foundation and Yale University.
