Dr. Fadwa Omer Mohammed Ahmed is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Sudanese national, with an MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Sudanese Medical Specialization Board (2012) and permanent registration with the Sudan Medical Council. She holds MRCOG Part 1, is licensed as a Consultant by the Sudan Medical Council since December 2019, and is registered as a Senior Registrar with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. She obtained her MBBS from the University of Bahar Elgazal in 2002 and has held multiple regional licenses in Obstetrics and Gynecology across Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the UAE. Dr. Ahmed has extensive clinical experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and assisted reproductive technology (ART), currently working since November 2023 at Ferticlinic Fertilization Center in Abu Dhabi as an Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist involved in IVF and ART protocols. Her prior roles include Consultant and Specialist positions in fertility centers and hospitals, where she conducted IVF, IUI, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, antenatal care, and major obstetric and gynecological surgeries, including cesarean sections and hysterectomy. Her background also includes leadership roles in primary healthcare services in Khartoum and participation in international research, including the CORONIS study on cesarean section.
