Victor Núñez is a Senior Clinical Embryologist with over 12 years of professional experience. He is accredited by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and holds a degree in Genetics and Biotechnology from the National University of San Marcos, as well as a postgraduate degree in Clinical Embryology from the University of Valencia. He is a permanent member of the Middle East Fertility Society (MEFS), the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Throughout his career, Victor has been actively involved in the planning, development, and implementation of human reproduction programs in fertility clinics across Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Dominican Republic, contributing to laboratory setup, protocols optimization, quality management, and staff training. His clinical and research interests focus on In Vitro Maturation (IVM), Piezo-ICSI, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation in embryology laboratories.
Victor is an active participant in international academic and scientific events and has received multiple recognitions for his research contributions, including the award for Best Oral Research Presentation at the Assisted Reproduction Congress of the Latin American Network of Assisted Reproduction (Red LARA) and the Best Poster Award at the World Congress of Gynecology in the United States.
He currently serves as a Senior Clinical Embryologist at SEHA Fertility Clinics, Corniche Hospital, in Abu Dhabi.
