Zahraa Alyahyaee is an IVF Laboratory Manager with over 18 years of experience in assisted
reproductive technology (ART), clinical governance, and laboratory quality management. She currently
leads embryology services at Corniche Hospital Fertility Centre, where she has overseen end-to-end
laboratory operations, implemented a comprehensive Total Quality Management System, and
supported the achievement of international accreditation (CAP).
With a Doctorate of philosophy and Master of Science degrees from the University of Oxford and an
MSc in Big Data and Business Analytics from ESCP Business School, her work bridges reproductive
science, regulatory compliance, and data-driven improvement in IVF outcomes. Her advisory
contributions include fertility center licensing and examination work, women’s health governance, and
genomics strategy. She has published in reproductive immunology, including work on extracellular
vesicles and immune factors in implantation, and remains actively engaged with the international IVF
community through ASRM and ESHRE.
