Graduated in 1995 and trained in Sudan before pursuing Specialized Training in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in the United Kingdom leading to MRCOG, DFFP, CCST & FRCOG.
My passion for Minimal Access Surgery & my UK training took me to different Hospitals including Tertiary Hospitals in Belfast, Brighton & London to learn from several experts in the different fields of the specialty between 2000 & 2007.
In 2007 I was appointed as a Consultant & Lead Minimal Access Gynaecological Surgeon to develop MAS, Endometriosis & Chronic Pelvic Pain services in the Royal Gwent Hospital & Aneurin Bevan university Health Board in Newport, UK.
I moved to the UAE in 2015 to participate in opening Danat Alemarat Hospital and establish Advanced MAS, develop the Gynecology service & support the Obstetrics Services. Soon, our team evolved into one of the most preferred centers for Gynaecology & Obstetrics in the UAE.
A significant portion of our work is Reproductive Surgery in collaboration with Assisted Reproduction Centers in the UAE. Through this collaboration our team has accumulated wealth of skills & experience in the filed which we aim to share with our colleagues in such Academic Meetings, learn from each other and identify ways to improve outcomes for our patients.
